Enter the customer pincode where the order was placed. See every seller, subscription tier, GPS, blockers, and who wins. Premium plan ranks above Growth/Starter at the same location.

How to unblock: Each blocked seller shows action buttons in the last column — Assign plan (binds subscription + virtual shop services), Link delivery zone (outside area), Reactivate account (disabled seller), Open store (closed), or Fix all blockers. Rejected orders auto-forward to the next seller and never return to the one who rejected.
Subscription order automation
When multiple nearby sellers have active subscriptions (same or different plans), the system distributes orders using weighted factors: recent orders (fairness), order value, product availability, and subscription tier / share %. Enable automation and set plan quotas below.
Weighted: balances recent orders, stock, order value & plan tier together.
Quota-first: pushes harder toward each plan's Share % target.
Turn automation OFF above to use only manual routing + assigned seller.

Set target order share % per subscription plan. Daily quota 0 = use plan's max_orders_per_day. Min/max order value routes small orders to Starter and large orders to Premium.

Reset Dummy Data
Destructive · Super AdminClears trial data from customer, seller, delivery, doctor, lab, and hospital panels. Staff admin accounts are never deleted. Platform settings, plans, and zones are kept unless you reset catalog/marketing.

Register Lab Partner

Register Delivery Agent
Creates delivery boy login (role: delivery). Agent appears in fleet map, payroll, auto-assign and zone assignment modules.
Subscription Plans & Benefits
Create plans for regular subscriptions or special launch offers (e.g. festive discount plan with lower price & benefits in features). Assign plans from the Assignments tabs.
Register New Seller + Pharmacy
Creates seller login, pharmacy profile, and seeds starter inventory. Seller can log in on the seller panel immediately.
